Been a while!

Wow, almost a whole year lol. It just shows how busy I am. Can't believe Brooke hasn't bugged me about not posting for this long ha :) Well I do suppose a lot of stuff has happened.. finally got my licenses so watch out! lol I love the vehicle my parents got me. It's a Ford Escape who's name is Trent and yes of course I named him :)
School is getting really stressful. On our last 6 weeks and then summer! I'm finally realizing I'm growing up and I have responsibilities. Like getting to school on time. lol School hasn't been my favorite place lately. I drag my feet walking into the school. Drama is the main problem. It's all just very overwhelming sometimes and it stresses my mother out. More than me usually ha but mom says it's just a stage that every teenage girl goes through and that everybody is just trying to find themselves. I know she's trying to be serious but I do tend to laugh a little when she says this because she says it to me everyday and I know exactly when she's going to say it lol but momma I do love you and I glad God gave me you. :)

Summer is close! =)

I really don't seem very good at this blogging thing. ha I mean I have plenty things to talk about but I just never have the time to type it on here. lol I promise I'll get better. =]
Well I guess nothing much has happened since April 1st but week consists of Volleyball on Mondays and Wednesdays and piano lessons on Monday and church on Wednesdays so I'm somewhat busy. School is getting pretty stressful with all these finals coming up! This past week we took two tests that are our graduation tests. So if you don't past it you don't graduate! The tests were in Biology 1 and Algebra 1A. The Biology one was taken on the computer and it was one of thee hardest tests I think I've ever taken. lol Even the smartest people in the class said they new they didn't pass it. Soo....well I don't really know. Kinda scary.
Our prom was sooo pretty! Good job to the Juniors =] Dillon and Payton looked so cute! ha I Dillon was trying to hide that he was excited. I actually think me and mom were more excited for him =] The next weekend was Loogootee's prom. My cousin Jake (senior) was going so my grandparents, aunt, mother, and I went. I liked the theme but I still think ours was prettier :S A guy I liked goes to Loogootee. So I got to see him there. His sister is a senior who was in the prom. Yeah, well that thing with him didn't work out so well because I never got to see him...sad.

Tomorrow I have two Spring Concerts for Chorus and Band. My two loves =] Chorus starts at 1:30 and the Band concert is at 4. I'm very excited! Me and Megan are playing "This is the Air I Breathe" on the guitar and well of course singing it ha. Can't wait it should be really pretty!

Spring Break Begins....

Hey did you miss me? =] I haven't been on here for a while....Well not much has happened. It's Spring Break, Cassidy and Megan went to Florida! Yeah I know it's just not fair haha. I hope you two are having a blast there! =]
Last Friday night(first night of Spring Break)I had people over just to hang out....Tya Rachel Courtney Lindsey. We went to Washington (me driving ;])to get a movie and after that we went to Scoops! ha Mom was a nervous reck. Lets just say I ain't a real good driver :S ha. But anyways..it was a pretty good night.
Saturday Haley and I went to the Mall. =] Went went around 9:30 and didn't get home until 9ish. I got alot of clothes =] For my birthday I asked my mom if I could get Buckle jeans so I found a nice pair. Got a few shirts too. ha Oh!...and me and Haley got our ears pierced! I figured it would hurt..but it really didn't. I'll show you some pictures...=]
This was when the mall closed all the the stores because of the tornado warning..

Sunday night I went to Rachel's with Kayti, Tya, Lindsey, Katrina, Emily, and Robin. We had pizza that I brought from Fat Boys. Oh, and I drove there. ha Mom says she's gonna make me drive everywhere with her because, well like I said, I ain't the best driver. ha





Monday night I went to Bdubs (Buffalo Wild Wings) with Matt Tyler and Ethan. Had a fun night with the guys...

Tuesday I was so excited because mom gave me her Debit card and a list and Kayti and I went to Wal-mart! =] I liked how I could just walk around with a cart...just me and Kayti and grocery shop. ha It was so much fun. =]

I'm writing in this now because I don't think I'll have time to tomorrow because I', going out to eat with my family for my birthday but I wanted to wish Haley and Ethan a happy birthday!!(March 17th) All three of us have the same birthday =] Ethan is my little cousin that moved to Ohio not to long ago. I miss them people haha They are coming to visit this weekend! I'm so excited to see Les, Rob, Brooke, and Ethan, and Amy and her kids. Brooke is like my little sister. I used to give all my clothes to her ha =] I can't wait..






Haley is my best friend, pretty much my sister. We are so different, if you would look at her she has blue eyes, blonde long hair, and is pretty tall. Then you look at me I have brown eyes, brown shorter hair, and I'm short. ha, but we are still the best of friends..love her =]BFF.

Movie Night

Tonight me and some friends went to the movies in Jasper. We have been talking about going pretty much all week but no one seemed to really plan anything ha so Lindsey and I made plans. Her mom took a van full and as well as mine did. ha In my van was me, Tya, Cassidy, Haley, Kayti, Josh Lottes, and Katelyn. In the other van was Rachel, Katrina, Lindsey, Landon, Jonny, Courtney, and Megan. In our grade we have a really big group of girls. We are all such good friends. =] It's really hard sometimes to try to think of something that we can all do together, but our mothers seem to always understand when we need rides cause now of us have our license. =[ but hey, my birthday is coming up! March 17th. I get to share my birthday with my best friend Haley. ha We plan on going shopping and skating with friends. Can't wait! ha Anywho..after the movie we went to Mc Donalds! Yummy stuff. ha When my mom was taking Tya home we stopped and took a picture with this sign close to her house. haha Everytime I pass it I always say, "Some day we need to take a picture with that sign." The signs says, "Please drive slowly we <3 our children">

Music...its what I love.

Wow, its already March 7th. This year has gone by so fast! I love the weather we had today! BEAUTIFUL =] but sorry about not posting in forever. I have been so busy with school, drivers training, volleyball, piano. It has been so crazy around here ha but anywho...Last weekend was one of the craziest weekends I've ever had! Saturday started off with a morning detention. =[ I told my mother that I beat some kid up school and i got a detention =] ha she laughed but no..I got it just for tardies. I have a hard time getting up in the mornings. (I'm not a morning person at all!) After detention I was off for Indy! =] State was up there for chorus finals. It was so exciting but the ride up there was so long lol Plus I had a very sore throat. It was quite disappointing for me. This was when I needed my voice., for state!! We sang at 2:48. Misty played the piano for us. We all thought we deserved a Gold but we ended up missing it by one point. =[ Mrs. Hawkins said she was so proud of us for getting a Silver and a few tears were running down some cheeks that day. I have a few pictures of on the way there and afterwards and the stop at steak n shake. =]




























The next day, March 1st, the Barr Reeve Band went to play at a Pacers game. It wasn't just the Barr reeve band. South Knox and Loogootee went also. Barr reeve, being a small band, took the little viking bus but 5 of us got to ride the loogootee bus. Dillon got to ride the other one. A bunch of the underclassmen had to ride the little bus. It didn't bother me much ha. Better seats, wasn't too loud, and I heard the other bus had an odor ha I sat with Chelsea. She plays the flute just like me =] we have become great friends this year.
